Here at Belle Mariposa Salon and Day Spa we offer various levels determined by meeting customer service objectives and the demand of our time. Our pay and our benefits improve at each level. Our service providers at the highest levels have earned the right to charge at a higher rate due to meeting goals and the high demand of their time. Our Associate Designers/Technicians are talented professionals who are currently working under the guidance of a Master Stylist together, with our knowledgeable and friendly support staff and all of our wonderful services, you can come and indulge in a beautiful you!
About Us
Tracey VanDenPlas Level 5 Stylist Belle Mariposa’s Owner and founder, Tracey has over 35 years of experience in the beauty industry. Tracey loves coffee, is a pet owner of both dogs and cats. She enjoys the beach, summer is her favorite season, she loves flowers, pie, Mexican food, and a good Philly cheeseteak. Tracey was inspired to become a hair stylist because she loves fashion and connecting with people. Tracey says, “I love creating looks that make my clients feel amazing. Melissa Gormley-Level 4 Stylist
Dawn Fischer Level 4 Stylist and Nail Tech Dawn Fisher has been a hair stylist for 41 years! Dawn likes coffee, dogs and cats, the beach, summer flowers, candy, all the desserts and all types of food. She started playing with her great aunt’s hair as a child and says it was the only career she ever considered. She loves to create new styles for clients with a great new cut.
Dominique Fischer Level 5 Stylist - Dominque has 9-1/2 years of hair styling experience. She grew up in the business watching the positive impact her mom has on how someone views themselves. It has helped shape the stylist I am today and fuels my passion for the beauty industry. Dominque likes coffee, dogs and cats, the beach, Summer, flowers, cake, Mexican food and cheesesteaks. Pam Fischer Level 4 Stylist, Esthetician, and Nail Tech Pam Fisher has 38 years of experience as a hairdresser. Pam likes coffee, cats, the beach, summer, flowers and candy, and all types of food! From a young age, Pam liked to play with hair. She gets so much joy helping people feel good about how they look. Pam says, “I like to perform many services from beginning to end, choosing color cutting and styling are my favorite.
Mary Moyer is a Level 4 Stylist, Esthetician and Nail Tech. Mary has 11 years of hair styling experience. She enjoys coffee, dogs spending time at the beach in summer, candy, cake, Italian food and cheesesteaks! She finds giving a client a big color transformation one of her favorite salon experiences. Esper Green Level 4 Esthetician-Esper says, “I like to take care of people and share my knowledge so they can take better care of themselves. For me getting a facial or aroma touch session is not a luxury it an investment in yourself.” “Skin is the biggest organ of the body, so you have to take care of it.” Esper’s favorite service is facial massage because of all the benefits like an increase in oxygen flow and it speeds up circulation, pressure points are ideal for anyone who suffers with tension headache or sinus problems. A facial also reduces stress, adds immediate vitality to dull complexion, prevents the forming of wrinkles, releases toxins out of cells and reduces swelling, and puffiness. Esper has eight years of experience and enjoys tea, pie, Mexican food, and cheesesteaks. She also loves dogs and vacations at the beach and the mountains and candy.
Christina Braccia Monks Level 4 Stylist - Hey! My name is Christina, most know me as Tina! I have been behind my chair for almost 10 years and every minute has changed my life. My passion for creating came at a very young age. from excelling in art class and thriving in writing, to becoming an adult and having a niche for all things home DIY, as well as channeling my inner creativity into inventing timeless looks for my incredible clients. I chose this career of being a stylist because I want to make you fall in love with yourself each time you sit in my chair. Whether it is an incredible color transformation or a completely new haircut or simply teaching you. Growing up I always wished I had someone to teach me how to style my hair, how to work with what I’ve got, and how to achieve the look I wanted. I want you to leave my chair feeling as beautiful as I see you. The driving force for me behind my chair is to teach you, to grow with you and to accentuate your beauty.
Laurel Blattner-Level 3 Stylist and Nail Technician-Laurel says she’s always been interested in the beauty industry. She loves making people feel better about themselves. I love to be creative and use my artistic skills. Laurel loves coffee, dogs, the beach, Summer, candy, cake , Mexican food and a good Philly cheesesteak. Laurel has two years of experience.
Elena Horn-Level 2 Stylist Hi everyone! I’m Elena or as some people call me Laine. I am a recent graduate of the Salon Professional Academy and a licensed cosmetologist. If you asked anyone that knows me I’ve always had a passion for beauty. I’m so excited to make my dream a reality to work at Belle Mariposa. I love making your hair goal come to life, feel amazing when you leave the chair and be happy with my vision.
Emma Sanoy-Level 1 Stylist - Emma's favorite client services to perform are blonding and styling. Emma says "Since I was young, I've always had a passion for doing hair, whether it was having my own hair done or playing with my dolls' hair. " In her free time, Emma likes watching hair styling videos and taking trips to the beach. She enjoys coffee, flowers, cake, Italian food and Cheesesteaks. Her favorite season is summer and she loves dogs. Emma has over 2 years experience as a stylist.
Kyrstin Royles-Level 1 Stylist - Hi everyone! My name is Kyrstin. I've been in the hair industry for 5 years. I graduated from North Montco Technical School in 2019 and became a licensed cosmetologist. I completed the Associate program at Belle Mariposa under Tracey and Dominique enhancing my skills and learning new techniques in hair and makeup.When I was younger I always loved doing my friends and families hair. I think your hair is your best accessory and I enjoy making people feel beautiful and confident in themselves. I aim to make that come true for everyone.
