If you are having any problems with a service we have a one week notification policy. Any adjustments need to be addressed in two weeks. Any issues brought to our attention after two weeks will be at the discretion of the owner.
Process for Product return : There is a 30 day return on products. You will be reimbursed the way you paid or a credit to your bill or a different product
Process of refund: Refunds are given the same way they were paid.
Cancellations: We realize that life happens but anyone cancelling or not showing at the last minute 3 consecutive times will be asked to be a same day appointment client. Please remember that we are a commission based profession. We only get paid when we are busy.
